ORDER:

In the reference 4th cited, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad has stated that different financial limits have been fixed by various departments for inviting bids through e- procurement platform as detailed below :

(2)	MA &UD	Works & Material	1.00
(3)	I &CAD	Works	5.00

2.  The DOWA, therefore, requested that for all works and material procurement (for works and for stationery / livery supplies for offices etc. )costing Rs. 1.00 Lakh and above the platform should be adopted for enhancing transparency and also bringing uniformity across all the departments.

3.   In the review meeting convened by the Chief Secretary to Govt. on 22-10-2013, the Chief Secretary desired that uniformity on adoption of c-Procurement has to be finalized within a month in consultation with the Board of Chief Engineers.

4.   In view of the above, the Government, after careful examination, hereby issue orders that for all works and material procurement (for works and for stationery / livery supplies for offices etc.) costing Rs. 1.00 Lakh and above the c-procurement platform should be adopted so as to enhance transparency and bring uniformity across all the departments.

5.   All the Special Chief Secretaries/Principal Secretaries/Secretaries of all Departments are requested to ensure strict implementation of the above instructions.
