While Indian government is emphasising to strengthen the Panchyat Raj institutions at gross root level, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, it seems, is not interested in giving the powers to the Panchayat raj institutions according to 73rd constitution amend and also not interested to fill up the vacancies in Panchayat Raj institutions at all level in general particularly in root level. What will be the fate of Grampanchayats in Andhra Pradesh without supporting staff. Public representative at grampanchayt level must fight for empowerment of grampanchayat
