National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme – Andhra Pradesh (NREGS-AP) – Awarding annual and agricultural off-season incentives and imposing disincentives to the field functionaries based on certain performance indicators – Amendment-Orders – Issued.

The Government vide reference 3rd read above have issue guidelines for payment of agriculture off-season (February to June) incentives and disincentives to the Field Functionaries. On review of the matter, the following amendments to the G.O. 3rd read above is issued.
Agriculture off-season disincentives to Field Assistants detailed vide ref 3rd read above at sub para-(iii) & (iv) of para no. 2 shall be read as follows:
iii) Agriculture off-season Disincentives:

2 | Continuous two months less than 1000 days | Action will be initiated against the functionary, duly giving opportunity to the functionary to explain. On establishing that the poor performance is on account of his/her negligence, termination orders will be issued. |

Annual disincentives to Technical Assistants detailed vide ref 3rd read above at sub-para-(iii) of para no. 2 shall be read as follows:
iii) Annual Disincentive

Annual disincentives to Additional Programme Officerdetailed vide ref 3rd read above at para-(iii) of para no. 2 shall be read as follows:
