ORDER:-

The Irrigation department vide reference 2nd cited has transferred the fishing rights of Priyadarshini Jurala Project to the Fisheries Department. Therefore, in the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Fisheries, Telangana, Hyderabad in the references 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the proposal hereby issue the following amendment to para 6(a) of the G.O 1st read above.
