 ORDER:
 In the reference 2nd read above, the Ministry of Panchayat Raj, Government of India, has approved the Annual Action Plan outlay of Andhra Pradesh  for an amount of Rs.203.3185 crores wherein construction of State Panchayat Resource Centre Building with an amount of  Rs.1.00 crore has been included and released an amount of Rs.76,24,44,000/- to Government of Andhra Pradesh as Central Share being the 1st instalment  under Rajiv Gandhi Panchayat  Sashaktikaran  Abhiyan (RGPSA) Scheme.
 2. In the reference 3rd read above, orders were  issued for establishing State Panchayat Resource Centre (SRPC) in the name of AP Panchayat Raj Abhivrudhi Samstha. In the reference 4th read above, administration Sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.25,41,48,000/- from the Budget Estimate Provision 2013-2014 Plan, towards 1st instalment under Rajiv Gandhi Panchayat Sashaktikaran Abhiyan (RGPSA) Scheme as State share. 


3. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad in his  letter  5th read above  has requested  for allotment of land to an extent of 5 acres situated in Survey No.319 at ETC, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad for  Construction  of SPRC  Building  and   for providing an amount of Rs. 5.00 crores as  additionality for the coming years  keeping in view of the future needs such as training class rooms, faculty /ministerial/technical staff rooms, lodging and boarding facilities for trainees, library and other infrastructure etc. and the work can be grounded  with the amount released for the current financial year 20132014. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &Rural Employment has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.6.00 crores and to entrust the work for preparation of estimates of Rs.6.00 crores to Engineer - In Chief (PR)  for construction of SPRC Building which would become a centre of excellence in Panchayat Raj  Governance. 

4.  After careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &Rural Employment, Government  hereby permit the CPR&RE to utilize the land to an extent of 5.00 acre situated in Survey No.319 at ETC, Rajendranagar,  Hyd. for construction of SPRC Building with an estimated cost of Rs.6.00 crores, during the Plan Period of RGPSA Scheme. Government also permit the CPR&RE to entrust the work to Engineer -In - Chief (PR) for preparation of estimates of Rs.6.00 crores for construction of State Panchayat Resource Centre Building.   P.T.O.
